This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and charges made through the LeadzFlow platform, operated by LF LLC, Tbilisi, Georgia. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this policy.
All subscription fees are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. To qualify:
Refunds under this policy are issued once per account. Subsequent subscription periods are not eligible for this refund.
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if requested within 30 days of the annual charge, provided the account has not used SMS or QC call credits beyond what would be covered by the equivalent monthly rate for the period used. Contact us to request a pro-rated review.
The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a full refund if an error is confirmed. Billing error claims submitted after 30 days may not be honored.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution and to contest the chargeback with supporting documentation. We encourage you to reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
