Each outbound SMS sent from the platform to a technician counts as one message. Standard SMS messages (up to 160 characters) count as 1. Longer messages may be split into multiple segments. Inbound replies from techs do not count against your quota. SMS is sent through A2P 10DLC-registered Twilio numbers.
QC (quality control) minutes are the total duration of monitored calls made through the LeadzFlow QC system. When a tech dials a client through the platform's QC number, the call is bridged and recorded. Each minute of bridged call time counts against your monthly QC minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over.
